Refund & Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@piecesgames.com and include your order number. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives defective or is not conformed to your order, please contact us at support@piecesgames.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.

Shipping & Tracking

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Italy, Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days for production. Shipping times vary depending on destination and generally take 7–15 business days after dispatch.

We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24–72 hours after shipment for the tracking information to be sent to your email.

Most orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import duties are typically prepaid and customers usually do not pay additional import fees. This applies when the shipment qualifies for DDP service and the delivery address is not considered remote. In rare cases, customs charges may still apply depending on destination and local regulations.

Wash Care

To keep your print looking fresh, wash cold and inside out on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
