Orders & Cancellations

You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation. To cancel your order, please email support@piecesgames.com and include your order number.

All sales are final and cannot be returned.
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@piecesgames.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Shipping & Tracking

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Italy, Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days for production. Shipping times vary depending on your location and usually take 7–15 business days after dispatch.

We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24–72 hours after shipment for the tracking information to be sent to your email.

Most orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import duties are typically prepaid and customers usually do not pay additional import fees. This applies when the shipment qualifies for DDP service and the delivery address is not considered remote.

Wash Care

To keep your print looking fresh, wash cold and inside out on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
